photoED Magazine — Home VS Away (Issue #77)

photoED is a Canadian print photography magazine that publishes themed issues with each issue's content drawn from open call submissions. Issue #77 is themed "Home VS Away," inviting fine art photography projects that investigate the idea of home, the experience of being away, or the tension between the two — the brief is loose by design, with no preferred genre.

The selection structure has two tiers: 10 projects are featured in the printed edition and 25 additional projects appear in the digital companion. Selected contributors receive printed copies of the magazine with worldwide shipping included.

Submissions are limited to 1 to 8 images per applicant. The submission fee is $20 CAD, with submissions free for current subscribers and for photographers experiencing financial hardship (waiver requested through the submission platform).
