FLOAT Magazine — Let's Get the F@!#k Outta Here

FLOAT is an independent photography magazine that publishes themed print issues alongside online portfolios, exhibitions, and Instagram takeovers. For this call, the issue "Let's Get the F@!#k Outta Here" invites artists to consider humanity's growing fascination with looking beyond Earth — Mars, UFOs, space travel, and extraterrestrial life — and the search for meaning, possibility, or escape it reflects.

The magazine accepts all photographic styles and looks for cohesive bodies of work. Entry is $9 for 1–10 lens-based images (JPEG, 1200px on the long side), paid through the FLOAT store, with submissions completed via a linked Google form. Selected photographers appear in the printed issue and receive a complimentary copy (shipping paid by the artist); they retain full copyright. The deadline is July 10, 2026 at midnight EST.
