Photobook Open Call 2026

Photometria International Photography Festival is held annually in Ioannina, Greece. The 2026 Photobook Open Call selects work for the festival's photobook exhibition during the 18th edition, September–November 2026.

The brief is broad in publishing context: artist books, self-published photobooks, limited editions, zines, and DIY publications all eligible.

Selection is by Achilleas Tziakos (Co-Founder, Photometria Festival), Yorgos Yatromanolakis (Zoetrope Athens, the photobook publisher), Tiago Casanova (XYZ Books, the Porto-based publisher), and Francesca Todde (Depart Pour L'Image).

Submission is by email plus WeTransfer with a PDF of the book and a presentation video. Fee is €20. Eligibility is open globally. The 2026 deadline was February 20; results announced April 2026.
