Zion National Park Artist-in-Residence 2027

Four-week residency living in the historic Grotto House in the main canyon of Zion National Park, Utah, run by the National Park Service with the Zion Forever Project. Three sessions are available across 2027. Includes rent-free furnished housing, waived park entrance fees, and a $500 stipend on completion of residency requirements. Open to artists 18+ in all mediums and skill levels; residents present two public programs, spend about 20 hours weekly on public engagement, and donate an original artwork to the park. Travel, meals, and supplies are self-funded; international applicants must be eligible for J-1 visa status.
