Willet Art Prize 2026

Free national art competition from Willet Studios, the storied American stained glass studio founded in 1898. The 2026 theme, 'Quest for Gold,' invites work exploring movement, strength, determination, and the human pursuit of excellence in sport. Any medium is accepted and all experience levels are welcome — entries are judged on creativity, theme interpretation, composition, emotional impact, and suitability for translation into glass. Prizes of $7,000, $2,000, and $1,000 from a $10,000 total pool; winning designs may be developed into stained glass pieces with per-sale commissions to the artist for up to three years. One original work per artist, not previously exhibited. Open to US residents 18+; winners announced October 2026.
