Flagship open-genre cycle of the 1839 Awards, recognizing creators working with the camera as an art form across 22 categories — from Abstract, Aerial and Architecture to Film/Analog, Photojournalism, Street and Wildlife. Over $4,000 in cash prizes plus international media exposure, a profile in the 1839 Artist Directory, published interviews in 1839 Magazine, online exhibition space, and entry into the People's Vote Awards. Open worldwide to professional and non-professional photographers; single images or series of 2–5.
