Talent of the Year 2026 — Tsvetan Tomchev Award

Emerging-talent award for young Bulgarian photographers (up to 26, citizens or diaspora), named after photojournalist Tsvetan Tomchev and run by NOISE Foundation in Sofia with Sony Bulgaria as partner. Submit one visual story of 5–12 photographs from 2025–2026 in photojournalism, documentary or visual storytelling, together with a short bio, motivation letter and project description. The winner receives a Sony camera and lens plus free access to NOISE Education's mentorship program; four finalists get 40% off academy courses. Finalists are announced September 10, with the award ceremony on September 24 in Sofia.
