Liu Shiming Artist Grants 2026

The fourth annual round of grants from the Liu Shiming Art Foundation supporting early-career visual artists, including photographers, in the first decade of their practice. Up to five artists are each awarded a $5,000 grant to support a current or new project that explores the interplay between traditional, cultural or historical influences and contemporary artistic practice. The application period runs June 1 – August 31, 2026, and is open to artists from any country (application materials must be in English).
