Juried exhibition at Praxis Gallery in Minneapolis exploring how blur conveys velocity, gesture, and emotional tone — capturing movement within still photography to introduce surreal, kinetic qualities. All genres and processes welcome. Up to 38 images are selected for the physical gallery show (August 22 – September 12, 2026). Awards include Directors' Choice (free entry into two future calls) and five honorable mentions featured in the exhibition, printed catalog, and online gallery. Images shown at Praxis within the past year are ineligible; Praxis members get 10 images for the price of 5.
