The Big Picture

Texas Photographic Society juried exhibition celebrating large-format photography, on view at the Arlington Museum of Art from August 7 to November 1, 2026. Juror Dornith Doherty, 2012 Guggenheim Fellow, selects work that holds a monumental wall — monumentality, intimacy through detail, excess, immersion and presence. All accepted works are professionally printed at around 40 inches wide at no cost to the artist, sponsored by Fort Worth Camera, the Print Refinery and Red River Paper. Open internationally to photographers 18 and over; submit up to 12 images. Works previously exhibited in a TPS show are not eligible.
