HNDL Magazine — PRIDE Issue
HNDL Magazine is an indie publication by and for neurodivergent, disabled, and chronically ill creatives. The PRIDE Issue is themed around Pride from within the publication's editorial frame — work by creatives who hold both disability and queer identities, and the layered experience that produces.
The publication is multidisciplinary: art, poetry, creative nonfiction, prose, photography, and zines all eligible. The editorial preference for this issue is candid photography and creative nonfiction. Written pieces are capped at 4 pages; no PDFs accepted.
AI-generated work is not accepted. Eligibility is restricted to neurodivergent, disabled, and chronically ill creatives.
The publication is unpaid — contributors receive a printed copy of the issue. Submission is by Google Form with up to 3 pieces. Application is free. The 2026 deadline was March 30.
