2027 Grand Canyon Artist in Residence

Four- to eight-week residency on the South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park, run by Grand Canyon Conservancy. Three artists are selected annually and receive an $800 weekly stipend, $500 travel subsidy, up to $300 for project supplies, free accommodation, special park access, and staff support, in exchange for roughly two public interactions per week. Open internationally to artists 18+ who are legally able to work in the US; priority for underrepresented perspectives and well-researched, Grand Canyon–specific projects. The application fee is waived for Indigenous artists from the canyon's 11 associated Tribal Nations.
