Fotograf Magazine 2026 Open Call

Fotograf Magazine is an international photography publication based in Prague. The annual open call selects work for inclusion in a printed issue — two projects are selected for publication.

The brief is open across format — independent fine-art photography or moving-image projects are both eligible. The magazine accepts work from professionals, amateurs, and students without distinction.

The 2026 jury reflects the magazine's institutional reach: Felix Hoffmann (Curator and Director, FOTO ARSENAL WIEN), Markéta Kinterová (Editor-in-Chief, Fotograf Magazine), Michaela Nagyidaiová (visual artist), Marta Szymańska (curator), and Peter Watkins (visual artist and lecturer at FAMU, the Prague film school).

Submission is by email — applicants send a CV, portfolio PDF, and project description with images. Fee is €35 per project. The 2026 deadline was April 30; results announced July 30, 2026.
