Eyeshot Open Call 2026

The annual open call from Eyeshot, the Italy-based street and documentary photography publisher, framed as 'a reading' rather than a contest. Singles (1–15 photographs) compete for cash prizes of €1,000, €500 and €250, while series of 9, 12 or 15 photographs are considered for a fully funded monograph editorial contract described as a €20,000+ investment; all finalists are published in the Open Call book. Open to everyone, everywhere, with entry fees scaled by country income band and free entry for students and those facing economic hardship. Jury: Newsha Tavakolian (Magnum Photos), Bill Shapiro (formerly LIFE), Matt Stuart, Shin Noguchi and Tavepong Pratoomwong (UP Photographers), with Eyeshot editors Marco Savarese and Lucrezia Bonarota. Submissions 3 July – 6 September 2026; winners announced 9 October 2026.
