A Show of Heads 2026

SlowArt Productions' long-running annual exhibition at Limner Gallery in Hudson, New York, devoted to every reading of the human head — traditional portraiture, abstraction, caricature, the conceptual and the surreal. Photography sits alongside painting, drawing, sculpture, graphics, digital work, video and installation, with wall pieces up to 72 by 120 inches. Four works are covered by the entry fee and further works cost $5 each. Accepted artists pay nothing further: the show runs October 8–31, 2026 in the gallery and online, with a 35% commission on sales at prices the artist sets.
