Composed

A juried exhibition presented by the Texas Photographic Society with PhotoPlace Gallery, exploring composition — framing, perspective, light, colour, geometry, gesture, visual rhythm, negative space and layering — across all genres and processes. Juror Brian Finke, a documentary photographer known for his cultural commentary, selects roughly 35 photographs for the physical show at PhotoPlace Gallery in Middlebury, Vermont (October 2–31, 2026) and about 40 for the online exhibition on the PhotoPlace and TPS websites. Awards include a $500 Juror's Award, a $300 Director's Award, and two $100 Honorable Mentions. Open to photographers across the United States and worldwide; entry covers five images, with additional media $5 each.
