Quinn Emanuel Silicon Valley Artist-in-Residence 2026
Four-month studio residency at Quinn Emanuel's Silicon Valley office in Redwood Shores for emerging and mid-career artists working in any medium, including photography. Two artists are selected per cycle and each receives $5,000 per month for four months ($20,000 total) plus a materials allowance of up to $1,500. The residency begins November 2026; a one-month exhibition follows, mounted with curator Alexis Hyde in a venue agreed with the artists, and work may be offered for sale. The studio is an office inside the Silicon Valley location, in a 24/7 keycard-access building with parking if needed. Open only to artists living in the greater Bay Area, as regular in-person studio use is expected; international artists may apply but must secure their own visas. Preference goes to underrepresented artists in the early or middle stages of their career. No education requirement, and the firm will make accommodations for disabled artists. Apply by email with a 500-word proposal, a CV and an 8–10 image portfolio as a single PDF under 20MB.
