PRC Artist-in-Residence 2026

The Photographic Resource Center's Artist-in-Residence program gives two artists working in photography and lens-based media four weeks of dedicated studio space inside the PRC gallery, October 21 – November 22, 2026. Each resident gets exclusive use of half the gallery (about 400 sq ft), access to the darkroom, alternative process lab, and digital lab at Lesley University, a $500 stipend, weekly feedback meetings with the PRC Executive Director, and the opportunity to lead one public program. The residency culminates in a dual exhibition November 14–23 with a shared opening reception, artist talks, and professional documentation. Non-live-in: artists arrange their own housing, and there is no location requirement; collaborators may apply to share one slot. Fee $30 ($20 for PRC members).
