Open Call — Il Reportage in Italia

Festival del Reportage is held each year in Ascoli Piceno, in the Marche region of central Italy. The 2026 edition is the festival's sixth, scheduled June 26–28. The open call Il Reportage in Italia is the festival's photography track — focused specifically on reportage projects made in Italy.

Submitted projects can be completed or in progress, 15 to 25 images. There's a recency requirement: at least some of the photographs in the series must be taken after January 1, 2025. Eligibility is open globally — no restrictions on nationality, age, or experience.

The prize is €500 plus projection of the winning work at the festival and full hospitality during the festival weekend: travel within Italy, accommodation, and meals.

Application is free. Submission is by Google Form with a file-sharing link (WeTransfer, Google Drive, or similar). Deadline is May 8, 2026.
