Milano Photo Awards 2026
Milano Photo Awards is an Italian photography contest and exhibition run by TheStreetSoup, with Nikon Italia as official sponsor. The 2026 edition runs September 25–27 at Via Maurizio Gonzaga 7 in Milan, scheduled to coincide with Milano Fashion Week. The exhibition format is a 4×3 meter Samsung LED wall for digital display of selected work, with the top three winners in each category also receiving printed and framed prints. The 2026 edition includes a tribute to Sebastião Salgado.
The total prize pool is €30,000 in cash plus Nikon hardware. There are eight competition categories: Street Photography, Portrait & Identity, Wildlife & Nature, Movement & Sport, Human Landscape, Documentary & Social Vision, Conceptual & Fine Art, and Fashion & Style. AI-generated work is not accepted.
Entry follows a tiered structure with separate access levels: Exhibition Open (€20, 2 photos, €500 first prize plus a Nikon backpack and printing), Exhibition Room 1 (€50, 5 photos, €1,000 first prize plus printing and gala access), Exhibition Room 2 (€80, 8–10 photos, €1,500 first prize plus printing and gala access), and the Oriol Vision Award (€50, 5 photos), curated separately by guest judge Estevan Oriol. The submission deadline is August 15, 2026.
