Life Framer — Colors

Life Framer is a monthly photography competition platform with a rotating thematic schedule. Each month a different juror selects winners and shortlists. The Colors edition is themed around color as subject and structure — work where chromatic register is doing the heavy lifting rather than serving as a backdrop.

The 2026 Colors juror is Jimmy Marble, photographer and creative director whose own work is known for high-saturation editorial sensibility.

Selected winners are featured on Life Framer's site and are eligible for inclusion in the platform's annual physical exhibitions, which travel between partner galleries in New York, Tokyo, Milan, and Arles. Total prize value is $2,000 across categories.

Eligibility is open globally to photographers 18+. AI-generated work is not accepted. Submission is through the Life Framer website with up to 10 images. Fee is tiered $20–$100 by submission scale. The 2026 Colors deadline was April 30; results announced mid-May 2026.
