Insight Foto Festival — Insight Out 2026

Insight Foto Festival is held annually in Varese, in the Lombardy region of northern Italy. The 2026 edition is the festival's sixth cycle. Insight Out is the festival's open circuit for independent photography exhibitions and projects.

The 2026 theme is ABITO — Italian for 'dwelling' or 'habit,' a word that holds both senses. The brief invites projects engaging with how people inhabit places and how habits inhabit people.

The call is structurally inclusive: open not only to individual artists but also to collectives and local organizations. Selected projects exhibit during the festival.

Submission is by Google Form. Application is free. The 2026 deadline was January 25.
