Innovate Grants - Spring $1,800 Grants

Innovate Artist Grants runs a recurring quarterly grant program for visual artists and photographers. Each cycle awards two $1,800 grants — one to a visual artist and one to a photographer. The Spring 2026 cycle is the second of four cycles in the year.

Eighteen honorable mentions are also featured on the Innovate platform alongside the two main grantees — nine in art and nine in photo. Winners and honorable mentions receive feature profiles, interview pages, and promotion on the Innovate Instagram account.

The application is deliberately minimal: name, email, grant category, 3 to 10 images of recent work, and the application fee. No artist statement, project proposal, or letters of recommendation are required.

Eligibility is open globally to visual artists and photographers aged 18 or over; all media and genres are accepted. Submission is through Paperform. Fee is $35. The Spring 2026 deadline is June 18 at 11:59 PM PT.
