Color 2026

Grid Photo Gallery is an online gallery that runs themed photography calls on a recurring schedule. Color is the gallery's call for work where color functions as a central element of the image — as structure, signal, atmosphere, or disruption.

The brief is open in approach: any genre, method, or subject is eligible, provided color is integral to the image's internal logic rather than incidental. The call sits alongside the gallery's earlier People 2026 call.

Selected work is shown in a curated online exhibition on the Grid Photo Gallery site. First place is named Photographer of the Month and receives a profile interview, priority promotional placement, and a free entry in the next open call. Second and third places are highlighted in the virtual exhibition. All selected entries get permanent online display, social media promotion, a digital certificate, and a profile page linking to the photographer's site. Selected works may also appear in a printed catalog.

Eligibility is open globally. Submission is through the gallery's website with unlimited images (fee per image). Fee is €7 per image, non-refundable. The 2026 deadline is June 15; the exhibition opens July 1, 2026.
