UNSTAGED — How Are Things?

Open call from UNSTAGED, the independent photography journal of narrative-led inquiries into comforting and discomforting authenticity, initiated with the How Are Things Collective founded by Professor Amanda Crawley Jackson (University of the Arts London). The call explores how creative practice — photography in particular — can hold space for urgent dialogue and reflection in a time of polycrisis: projects examining our entanglement with human, non-human and more-than-human entities, bodies, and structures, through material & affective, political & (infra)structural, or speculative lenses. Submit 5–10 photographs as JPGs (long edge 2000px, 300 DPI) with a project description (max 500 words) via a public Google Drive link emailed to opencall@un-staged.com — email attachments are not considered. Free entry with no contribution fee; selected work is curated for print.
