Small Works on Paper 2027

Annual juried exhibition of the Arkansas Arts Council, touring up to ten venues across the state for a full year starting January 2027 at the South Arkansas Arts Center in El Dorado. Open to Arkansas residents 18+ working on paper — painting, photography, drawing, printmaking, mixed media and collage; work must be from the past two years and fit an 18×18 or 18×24 inch frame; no AI. Juror Kathy Liao (Joan Mitchell Foundation Fellow, 21c Artadia awardee) selects a maximum of 40 works, with up to $2,000 available in purchase awards for the SWOP permanent collection. Selected artists join the council's Juried Artist Directory. Entries July 15 – August 23, 2026 via CaFÉ.
