Maghreb Photography Awards 2026

International photography award spotlighting contemporary work from the 'Greater Maghreb' and the wider Mediterranean basin — a region underrepresented in most awards. Entrants submit a single image or a series of 5–15 across themed categories, with one category reserved for photographers of Maghreb origin or residence and another for African projects. A $2,000 prize pool is shared across category winners, and selected work is exhibited at partner festivals including the Rendez-Vous de la photo d'Essaouira (Morocco) and events in Tunisia in autumn 2026, with press promotion. Early-bird fees (before 8 June) start at €12 for a single image; standard fees €15 single, €34–41 for a series.
