Lisbon Street Photo Fest: Open Call 2026
Lisbon Street Photo Fest is organized by Associação 351 Foto, an independent non-profit based in Lisbon. The 2026 cycle is the festival's 2nd edition. The festival itself runs September 25–27, 2026 at Faculdade de Belas-Artes da Universidade de Lisboa.
The open call is split between two formats. The Singles category accepts individual photographs at €10 per entry, with cash prizes of €1,250 (1st), €750 (2nd), and €500 (3rd). The Series category accepts cohesive bodies of 10 to 15 images at €40 per series, with a €1,500 winner. A separate Special MPB Award is given to one Portugal-based photographer. Total cash prizes across the two categories are €4,000.
Eligibility is open globally to photographers 18 and over. Photos must be captured after January 1, 2024, and applicants must not have won top-three or monetary prizes at major street photography awards previously. Watermarks, signatures, AI-generated content, and heavily manipulated composites are excluded. The brief favors layered, color-driven Lisbon-specific work but the call is open beyond the city.
All finalists are exhibited at the festival venue and receive a VSCO Pro membership. The 2026 jury comprises Daniel Postaer, Josh Edgoose, Nazile Bolat, Polly Rusyn, and Rui Palha — five photographers prominent in international street photography. Submissions go through Picter; the deadline is May 31, 2026. Early-bird discounts ran April 2–9. Results announced September 26.
