Landskrona Foto & Breadfield Dummy Award 2026

Landskrona Foto is a Swedish photography institution that runs an annual festival in Landskrona — a small port town on the Öresund. Breadfield Press is a Malmö-based independent photobook publisher. The Dummy Award is a joint project — a photobook dummy competition with a full publication outcome.

The brief is straightforward: submit an unpublished photobook dummy. The winning project is published in 2027 as a Breadfield Press / Landskrona Foto co-edition, with design, printing, and distribution all covered by the partnership. The publication is the prize — there's no cash component.

The 2026 jury is Raquel Villar-Pérez (independent curator of photography), Greger Ulf Nilson (creative director), Jenny Lindhe (curator and artist), Mandy Barker (photographer), and Tommaso Parrillo (publisher and art director, Witty Books).

Eligibility is open globally to artists 18+. Submission is through Picter as a single PDF dummy. Fee is €30. The 2026 deadline was April 30; results announced September 4, 2026.
