Jean Giono Photography Contest 2026

Free photography contest from the Friends of Jean Giono association, organised in partnership with Regards Alpins (a member association that runs photographic events tied to literature). Photographs — single image or coherent series — inspired by an excerpt from Giono's novel Noé, meditating on extraordinary landscapes and the act of seeing them through a lens. The 2026 Rencontres Giono festival is themed "Giono and Photography," running July 29–August 2 in Manosque; winners are announced at the festival on August 1, 2026. Open to amateurs and professionals of any age and country.
