FOTOFILMIC OPEN 2026
FotoFilmic is a Vancouver-based platform dedicated to contemporary film photography. The annual FOTOFILMIC OPEN is the platform's juried exhibition. The 2026 edition runs May 2–31 at FOTOFILMIC's space on Bowen Island, BC.
The brief is process-restricted: contemporary film-based photography only. AI-generated work is not accepted.
Selection is by Christopher McCall (curator, former Director of Pier 24 Photography), Amanda Webster (Photo Editor, The New York Times), and Clint & Alex Woodside (Deadbeat Club, the publishers).
Eligibility is restricted to analog/film photography. Submission is through FotoFilmic with up to 20 images. Fee is $50. The 2026 deadline was February 28; results announced March 17, 2026.
