FiiLTHY GLO Issue 5 — SONDER

FiiLTHY GLO is an independent zine for work in the strange and unusual register, drawing from across visual art and writing. Issue 5 is themed "SONDER" — the constructed word for the realization that every passerby is living a life as vivid and complex as one's own. The brief asks for work that engages with the layered, sparsely noticed connections that intertwine people across society.

Submissions are interdisciplinary: photography is accepted alongside painting, collage, mixed media, digital art, sculpture, comic strips, prose, opinion writing, and short stories. Each artist may submit 1 to 5 original works. Visual works should be cleanly presented — well-lit, minimal background clutter. Writing is capped at 900 words per piece, submitted as PDF.

Filenames follow the format ArtistName_Title_Year. Submissions are made via a Google Form linked on the FiiLTHY GLO submissions page. There is no submission fee, and AI-generated work is not accepted. Eligibility requires applicants to be 18 years or older and to submit original work only.
