Ephemere Triptychs — Publication & Exhibition

Open call for the Ephemere Photo Fest 2026 in Tokyo (October 17–27), themed 'Triplicities.' Submit photographic triptychs — three horizontal images forming a deliberate narrative, conceptual, or aesthetic sequence. Selected triptychs are featured in a curated group photobook and shown in a dedicated exhibition at the festival (Three Space Tokyo, Asakusabashi). Three 'Best Triptychs' are additionally featured in the Ephemere Photo Journal Volume 2, printed in newspaper format with Kyoto Shimbun, and receive complimentary copies. Curated on a rolling basis by Ephemere founder Anne Murayama with Sarah Mae Bombay and Alfred Ong. Color or black-and-white; digital, film, or alternative process welcome. The $60 flat fee covers 1–3 triptychs (up to 9 images) and funds curation, design, printing, and the gallery installation; all contributors receive a 25% shop discount.
