CITIZENS — PHOTO IS:RAEL Open Call 2026
Open call for the 13th International Photography Festival in Tel Aviv (October 2026), themed around citizenship and photography as active civic practice — grassroots perspectives, democratic engagement, and belonging beyond legal status. Open to artists worldwide at all career stages, with existing or new projects. Photography, film, video, performance documentation, animation, and hybrid/digital forms are accepted; up to 12 images per submission. Selected artists are shown in the festival's Main Exhibition, included in the 2026 catalog, and featured on the festival website.
