XXIV Eurostars Grand Marina Photography Award — Josep Juanpere 2026

The Eurostars Grand Marina Photography Award is now in its 24th edition, organized by Eurostars Hotel Company (part of Grupo Hotusa) at the Grand Marina hotel in Moll de Barcelona. The award is named in memory of Josep Juanpere (1953–2025), the architect behind the hotel's interior design and the historical president of the prize's jury — the award has long sat at the intersection of photography and architectural sensibility, and that crossover defines its thematic frame each year.

The 2026 theme is "Barcelona, World Capital of Architecture," chosen to mark UNESCO's designation of Barcelona for that year. Submissions take an unusual format: each participant submits up to three photographic triptychs, with each set forming a single unified work rather than three independent images. File size is capped at 6 MB per submission, and the deadline is October 20, 2026.

Prizes are substantial. First Prize: €5,000 plus a trophy. Second Prize: €3,000 (the Grupo Hotusa Prize) plus a trophy. Eight honorable mentions receive trophies and complimentary stays at Eurostars properties. There is no entry fee. Eligibility is open to professionals and amateurs aged 18 or over, with no nationality restriction.
