The Silent Cut: Moments in Motion

Juried exhibition at Fort Works Art, a contemporary gallery in Fort Worth, on cinematic ideas within still images — moments just before or after an action, sequencing that alters meaning, repetition, looping and compressed time. Emphasis on photography while open to all mediums; staged or documentary, sequential or singular. Selected works hang in an 11-week exhibition (October 24, 2026 – January 9, 2027) timed with the Lone Star Film Festival, with an opening reception; cash prizes are given to selected artists. Open internationally; shipped works must arrive by October 17.
