PhotoMidwest Biennial Exhibition 2026

14th biennial juried exhibition from PhotoMidwest, the Madison, Wisconsin photography nonprofit, presented in collaboration with Promega Art Showcases. Open to photographers living or working in 13 Midwest states (IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, OH, SD, WI), with all photographic approaches welcome — film, digital and alternative processes. Juror Karen Irvine, Chief Curator and Deputy Director of the Museum of Contemporary Photography at Columbia College Chicago, awards a $1,000 Best of Show and three $250 Images of Distinction. The exhibition runs September 17, 2026 – February 26, 2027 across Promega's Art Showcase gallery, PhotoMidwest Studio and UW–Madison's Pyle Center. PhotoMidwest members receive a $10 discount on the entry fee.
