Love & Romance Show

Blue Sky Gallery is the long-running Portland, Oregon nonprofit photography gallery, also known as the Oregon Center for the Photographic Arts. The Love & Romance Show is one of its themed online exhibitions. The 2026 brief asks how love has transformed alongside cultural and societal changes, and how those shifts shape personal experience today.

The framing is generational and historical rather than purely sentimental — applicants are invited to consider love and romance as moving targets shaped by their cultural context.

Selection results in a virtual exhibition that launches May 7, 2026.

Eligibility is open globally. Submission is by Google Form with up to 3 images. Application is free.

The 2026 deadline was April 17; results announced May 7, 2026 with the exhibition opening.
