AOP OPEN 2026

16th edition of the Association of Photographers' international open award. No categories, no themes — open to professional, emerging, and amateur photographers. Single image, series (2–5 images), and moving image entries accepted. Innovative work using AR, VR, CGI or other techniques is eligible if created by a person. Judged by a panel of leading industry professionals — photographers, commissioners, curators, and specialists. Gold and Silver awards may be given in each format. Best in Show wins £1,250 plus a Fujifilm X Series kit (worth £1,500) and a 1-year Capture One Studio subscription. Gold and Silver winners receive AOP Photographer Membership and Capture One subscriptions. Selected finalists and winners exhibited at the Fujifilm House of Photography in early 2027. All images must have been created on or after 1 January 2024.
