ABANDONED Photography Exhibit

Dusk Gallery is a Santa Fe, New Mexico photography gallery founded by fine art photographer Holly Hart, who also founded Decode Gallery in Tucson — Dusk operates as Hart's New Mexico project space alongside the larger Tucson program. "ABANDONED" is the gallery's themed call asking photographers to consider the traces of human presence and absence — forgotten structures, deserted landscapes, personal relics, and emotional remnants.

Twenty-six photographs are selected for the exhibition at Dusk Gallery, running July 3 through 31, 2026 with an opening reception. Selected work appears in the gallery's published catalog and across social media.

What's unusual: the gallery covers all professional printing on Luster paper, gallery-quality 24×24 inch black museum frames, and white matting from the gallery's collection. The artist provides only the high-resolution JPEG; the gallery resizes without cropping the original composition. Prints are archived for 6 months after the exhibition.

Sales terms split commission 50/50. Photographer retains all rights.

Entry fees: $40 for 5 images, $45 for up to 10. Eligibility is open worldwide to amateur and professional photographers. Submissions require JPEGs at 500KB to 5MB, 4,500 pixels on the longest side. The 2026 deadline is May 22, with notifications within 2 weeks.
