7th Annual Alternative Process Photography Exhibition

The Annual Alternative Process Photography Exhibition is a recurring juried call from The Image Flow (the Marin County, California photography center) in collaboration with Praxis Gallery. The 7th edition was held in 2023.

The brief is process-restricted: cyanotype, wet plate collodion, salt printing, anthotype, gum bichromate, lumen printing, platinum/palladium, and other alternative photographic processes.

Selection was by Diane Chung (Founder, CHUNG 24 GALLERY), Brenton Hamilton (Photography Program Leader, UT Rio Grande Valley), and Zack Sumner Schomp (Lecturer, CSU East Bay).

Eligibility was restricted to US-based photographers. Submission was through ArtCall with up to 3 images. Fee was $35. The 7th-edition deadline was July 24, 2023.
