10th Singapore International Photography Festival 2026 Open Call

The Singapore International Photography Festival (SIPF) is a biennial photography festival in Singapore, founded in 2008. The 2026 edition is the festival's 10th — a milestone marked by a special survey of Singaporean photography accompanying the open call program. The festival is organized by DECK Photography Art Centre, a registered Singapore charity supported by the National Arts Council.

The 2026 Open Call has no thematic restriction. Submissions are accepted in two parallel categories: Portfolio (a cohesive body of work in images and/or video) and Photobook (both published and dummy books, which must be production-ready in physical form for finalists).

Three SGD $2,000 cash prizes are awarded: Best Portfolio, Best Published Photobook, and Best Dummy Photobook. Shortlisted submissions are presented in the SIPF Open Call Showcase at the festival in Singapore, running mid-October through end-November 2026. Shortlisted artists also receive exposure to SIPF's industry network, discounted portfolio reviews and masterclasses, complimentary festival admission, and opportunities to participate in artist tours, talks, and workshops.

Submission fees: USD $30 for Photobook, USD $45 for Portfolio. Eligibility is open to image-makers and photographers worldwide. Submissions go through Picter. The 2026 deadline is May 17, with results announced mid-October.
