Tulsa Artist Fellowship 2027–2029

Three-year fellowship for visual artists in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Ten fellows selected from an open call. Each receives a $150,000 project development stipend, $36,000 housing stipend, fully subsidized private studio (337–583 sq ft), $3,600 studio assistant stipend, and $3,600 health/wellness stipend. Access to shared ceramics studio, woodshop, metal equipment, media lab, archival printer, performance space, and podcast studio. Fellows must relocate to Tulsa for the full three-year term (January 2027–December 2029). Applicants must be 25+ with at least five years of experience in the arts and a project proposal with community engagement focus. U.S. citizens, permanent residents, O-1 visa holders, or Tribal ID holders eligible. Applications open April 7, 2026.
