Thresholds 2026: Up, Close and Personal

Annual street photography exhibition at the Los Angeles Center of Photography, one of LA's leading photography institutions. 2026 theme: Up, Close and Personal — intimate street photography. Digital projection exhibition and in-person opening event at LACP Helms Design District, May 7–31, 2026. Open to international photographers of all skill levels. Prizes: 1st place $500 plus one-year LACP membership, 2nd place $500 LACP gift card, 3rd place $250 LACP gift card. Juror: Michaela Norah Mohrmann, assistant curator at UC Irvine Langson Orange County Museum of Art. Members receive 25% discount on fees.
