Open Call for Emerging Artists

Open call for emerging Maltese and Malta-based visual artists working in painting, sculpture, installation, video, ceramics, photography or across disciplines. An invitation to share current work and practice direction. Oriented towards work that can be exhibited and made available for sale. May lead to opportunities in upcoming exhibitions, projects or residencies from July 2026 onwards. Intended for emerging artists with some experience presenting work in exhibitions independently. Organised by Elyse Tonna, curator, architect and artistic director of axis_ art gallery in Malta.
