International outdoor juried exhibition in its 23rd year. 50 selected artworks are displayed as billboard-sized panels (16 ft × 12.5 ft) in public parks in Sarasota and St. Petersburg, Florida, from January to April 2027. Three awards: $2,000 Best-in-Show Adult, $2,000 Best-in-Show Student, $2,000 People's Choice. Work must reflect themes of diversity, inclusion, kindness, and respect. Accepts photography, painting, drawing, mixed media, digital art. Horizontal orientation only. No limit on entries per artist. 150-word artist statement required.
